The main objective of BellezaBrasil.it is as wholesalers and distributors of hairdressing and beauty is to offer you a full range of professional products, 100% authentic, new and exclusive, at the best price.
We are specialists in brazilian Straightening. Between treatments to the hair the main ones are Keratin, Straightening, Keratin, Keratin Treatment, Botox Hair, Oil Argan, all free of parabens. In addition, in BellezaBrasil.is you will find makeup, products for manicure and care of the skin.
We are wholesalers of the brands most professional, market leaders here or in their countries of origin, such as: Inoar, Brazilian Cocoa, Cadiveu, Amazon Keratin, Amend, Beautifies Rio -Novex, Keramax, MagicLiss, Fanola, Alfaparf, Kerapro, Valquer, Kativa, St Moriz, Bio-Oil and much more.
All the products of Bellezabrasil.is are original brands, new, presented in its packaging or single box, depending on the product.
The colors of the products may undergo variations with respect to the reality due to the different settings of each monitor. Recommend other sources of information such as magazines, brochures, physical store, etc
All prices displayed on our website include 21% VAT and are valid for the Peninsula and Balearic islands. In this price are not including shipping costs. All sales are made with the corresponding delivery note that you will receive along with the request. In the case that you need to invoice us you should ask, and we'll send it to you on the following Tuesday by correp eletronico.
Bellezabrasil.is reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, subject always to the orders that are already paid.
To place your order simply go by inserting the products you want in the shopping cart, when you have finished, you must confirm the purchase and enter your details and form of payment.
At the end of and confirm the purchase, automatically you will receive an email with the details of your order. If your mail is free (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc..) to check it doesn't send the mail to the junk mail folder.
If you have doubts or you need any help in your process of purchase the only thing you have to do is call one of our telephone customer and we will be happy to help you.
*** It is important that you receive this order confirmation email already that if you don't receive it the order will not be performed correctly.
To meet the request of our customers we have implemented the option to Order by Phone or Order by Whatsapp. The service has a cost of 2.42€ and is designed for those who prefer to receive a personalized attention.
Methods of Payment
We have 4 forms of payment:
- PayPal: through the PayPal secure gateway. Do not need to enter banking details, so only you are required to have a PayPal account created and be able to make payments by entering your email and password.
- Payment with debit and credit card securely through 3D Secure.
- Bank transfer or bank deposit in Banco Santander or Caja de Ingenieros (we have two accounts to make the payments by bank transfer):

Bank transfers between different entities may take up to 24 hours.

The shipments are prepared once you make the payment in the bank account.
4. Financing with automatic approval, no paperworks and the time for Pay later
Realization of the Shipments
The delivery time of the shipments are from the confirmation of the payment.
Orders with confirmed payments before 12.30 pm of each working day, will be prepared and shipped the same business day and always will respect the order of input, that is to say, orders placed before will come out first. On rare occasions it may happen that the queue of submissions is very long and the shipping is done the day following. However, if the shipment is of type Priority pass ahead in the queue of the preparation and the shipping is done in 100% of cases on the same day. From 12.30 pm the order will be prepared the next business day.
We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Shipments are carried out by a transport company external. BellezaBrasil hire the best transportation company available for each destination, but cannot always guarantee to meet the delivery deadlines, exceptionally there may be delays. (If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will start counting from the first business day following).
It is important to give a shipping address where you spend the maximum hours possible or where it is easier to find someone. It is also very important to provide a mobile phone so they can locate you.
All orders are processed and delivered only on working days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) and require a signature upon delivery. If you're not there to sign, the courier will leave a card for you to call to make alternative arrangements or collect.
Not accept orders to an address of Postal Box or we have pick-up service in our stores.

Our ordering system web deduct the VAT automatically to the invoice and when the province of the delivery address is "Las Palmas", "Santa Cruz de Tenerife", "Ceuta" or "Melilla". The payment of the regional tax (and DUA Import when applicable), you must be paid by the client to receive the goods.

30 day guarantee - Returns and refunds
In BellezaBrasil we want all our customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. However, we know and we understand that there may be occasions in which you want to return items. That is why we offer a 30-day guarantee of return, so that, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date on which you received it and receive a refund for the product or goods purchased. The refund does not include the cost of delivery of the shipment of the goods to you, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective - please see damaged or defective Items and errors on our part - Returns & refunds. For your protection, we recommend that you use a service of certified mail to ensure the goods during return postage.
According to the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the European Union, also have the right to cancel the purchase of an article within 30 working days following the day after delivery of the article. Therefore, if you feel for any reason that you no longer wish to keep the purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days after the date of delivery of the item, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of shipping the item to you, but do not refund the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective - please see damaged or defective Items and errors on our part - Returns & refunds. Please return items securely packaged with a copy of the invoice.
BellezaBrasil will manage the collection and in this case the customer will bear the return costs.
When it comes to Beauty Brazil the returned product, we will check it is in perfect condition and we will make the payment of the amount of the product less cost of return, as outlined below:
In cases in which the order has expired, the period for collection at post office (10/15 days) or not be able to make the delivery at the address provided and the order is finally returned to BellezaBrasil or in the case of the customer deciding to cancel the order once it has been shipped, the same will take care of the shipping costs (the same as that contained in the order) + return expenses of 8,90€. In the event that the transportation agreement is an urgent need ASM or Seur 24h, the return costs are€ 25. The remaining amount paid previously will be credited in the account (credit card, PayPal or c. c). On orders that are funded will be charged in addition to a fee of 5€ for the management of the cancellation of the loan operation.
Damaged or defective items and errors on our part
Although we do everything possible to ensure that all items are correctly delivered and in perfect condition, on rare occasions it is possible that we are mistaken or the items can be damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. Because these items are damaged or defective, or we made a mistake, we will refund in full; the item, the shipping costs levied by us when taking your order and the cost of return postage.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the goods we have sent you is damaged or defective prior to receipt, or there has been an error on our part. If not, you can download our return form, you can request a copy by e-mail at email@example.com
Purchase more for less. How much greater is the amount of your shopping cart, we offer you a greater discount. For purchases above 90€, we give you 4€; for purchases in excess of 190€ we give you 8€ and for orders over 290€ we give you 12€.
